Jim Welsh authored the novel 2084: A Congress of the People. The book’s purpose is to promulgate awareness of a conceived fix to the dysfunctionality of the US Congress. Jim Welsh’s education and employment in systems engineering enabled him to recognize the problem as a systems problem and develop a solution to our system of national government. Jim has degrees in engineering at the undergraduate and graduate levels, including an MS of Engineering (Systems Engineering). For decades he was a professional engineer licensed in multiple states. In addition, he earned an MBA and headed, as CEO, a highly technical organization with over three hundred employees and seventy thousand customers for thirty-six years.
